摘 要:文中采用数值模拟和试验相结合的方法来研究煤种对循环流化床燃烧(CFB)燃烧 SO2 和 NOx 排放的影响。在1.5MWth CFB 试验台上分别做了 5 种煤燃烧的 SO2和 NOx排放试验,根据所建 CFB 锅炉脱硫脱氮数学模型和已建与煤种相关的 CFB 锅炉总体数学模型,对该试验台炉膛内 5种煤 SO2 和 NOx 的生成和脱除进行数值模拟,其结果和试验结果吻合良好。结果表明,煤种决定 CFB 锅炉脱硫效率及 SO2和 NOx的排放。Numerical simulation and experiment were combined to study the influence of coal types on the SO2 and NOx emission in Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustor. Experiments of SO2 and NOx emission for combustion of five coal types were carried out on a 1.5MWth circulating fluidized bed (CFB) pilot plant. A mathematical model of SO2 and NOx emission was built in the paper. Based on a set of built integrated model of combustion system in CFB boilers, the SO2 and NOx emissions for combustion of five coal types in a 1.5MWth CFB pilot plant were simulated and the simulated results well agree with the experimental ones. A conclusion is made that the efficiency of SO2 retention, final emission of SO2 and NOx in a CFB boiler depend on coal properties.
