布替萘芬擦剂治疗足癣67例的随机双盲对照多中心临床试验

摘　　要：目的:评价国产1%布替萘芬擦剂治疗足癣的疗效及安全性。方法:以1%联苯苄唑溶液为对照药,对131例足癣进行随机双盲用药,A组67例,B组64例,每日外涂1次,连续4wk,观察其临床和真菌学疗效以及不良反应。结果:A组和B组的治愈率分别为63%和69%,有效率分别为84%和80%,真菌学清除率分别为91%和89%,临床和真菌学疗效2组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组无不良反应发生,B组2例出现中度局部刺激症状。结论:国产1%布替萘芬擦剂治疗足癣疗效好,安全性高。AIM: To assess the efficacy and safety of butenafine 1 % tincture in treatment of tinea pedis. METHODS: One hundred and thirty-one patits were divided randomizedly into trial group with butenafine and control group with bifonazole, and then compared the effects outcoming in the clinical application. Butenafine or bifonazole was applied once daily for 4 wk. RESULTS: The curative rates, the efficacy rates and the mycological clearance rates of butenafine and bifonazole groups were 63 % and 69 %, 84 % and 80 %, 91 % and 89 %, respectively. There were no statistical differences between trial and control group (P>0.05). No adverse reaction was observed. CONCLUSION: Butenafine 1 % tincture is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of tinea pedis.
