摘　　要：专业化产业区是以企业集群为基础的地方产业集聚现象。作为中间性体制组织 ,专业化产业区具有以企业网络性 ,产业关联性与组织协调性为主要特征的结构性特点。以及与产业组织结构特点相关联的资源整合、簇群衍生、分散决策、良性竞争、柔性生产、系统创新、地域品牌、规模经济与外部经济等功能。Specialized industrial districts are geographical industrial clustering phenomena based on enterprise clusters. As an intermediary organization, specialized industrial district is structurally characterized by enterprise networks, industrial relatedness and organizational coordination. Related to industrial organization, specialized industrial districts have the following functions: resources integration, cluster derivation, decentralized decision making, benign competition, flexible production, systematic innovation, regional brands, scale economy and externality, etc. All above indicates that specialized industrial districts are very competitive and have a bright future in development.
