对我国企业融资结构与间接融资模式发展的探讨

摘　　要：本文考察了改革开放以来我国企业间接融资体制变迁的历史过程 ,分析了企业间接融资体制中存在的问题 ,得出结论 :间接融资体制安排属于整个金融制度变迁中的有机组成部分 ,遵循其内在一致的演进逻辑。无论企业间接融资体制如何演进 ,现有的金融垄断性的间接融资制度安排都将沿着有利于提高整个社会的储蓄动员水平的轨迹变迁 ,有利于国家实施转轨时期的金融支持 。The essay first explores the history of the system of Chinese corporation indirect financing since reform and opening-up.Then,It analyzes the problems in the system of corporation indirect financing in now a days and draws a conclusion:the arrangement of the system of corporation indirect financing belongs to the whole change of the financial system and it accords with the internal changing logic.Whatever it will change,the corporation indirect financing of monopoly will move along the track which is propitious to improve the level of social savings and the finance sustaining of the country in the transitional economic period.It can be beneficial to stabilize the economic output of the internal system and the economic growth of the external system.
