荧光探针对POLY(I:C)性质的研究

摘　　要：本文通过溴化乙碇荧光探针对均聚双链Poly(I:C)(多聚肌苷酸:多聚胞苷酸)的性质进行了研究,结果表明:Poly(I:C)的结构随pH值而发生转变,Poly(I:C)→Poly(C)·Poly(I)·Poly(C^+)→Poly(I)·Poly(C^+),同时,测得了在0.1mol/LNaCl溶液中,pH=6.6时,Poly(I:C)的Tm(熔点)=69℃。The properties of the double-stranded polyinosinic acid: polycgtidylic acid(poly(I:C)) have been studied by using ethidium bromide(EB) as a fluorescence probe. The rcsults show that the structure of poly(I:C) is transformed with the change of pH of the solutions, meanwhile, at pH=6.6, the melting point of poly(I:C) is 69℃ in 0.1mol/L NaCl solution.
