摘　　要：分析了电磁轴承多传感器故障的基本特征,提出了电磁轴承多传感器故障诊断方法——基于序列变量的多值逻辑代数方法。给出了该多值逻辑代数的定义,列举了常用定理,举例说明了推理过程。以该多值逻辑代数为指导,分析了电磁轴承多传感器故障诊断过程。对于出现了参数漂移的传感器,指明了克服参数漂移的修正措施。Multi-valued logic algebra based on sequential variables was presented for fault diagnosis of the multi-sensors of magnetic bearings. The definition of the algebra was given, and a few common theorems were presented. Two examples were given to show how to proceed the deduction. It was analyzed in detail about the way of fault diagnosis of the sensors of magnetic bearings in guidance with the multi-valued logic algebra. The steps were put forward about how to correct the parametrical errors of the sensors with parameter drifts.
