摘 要:以含水硫酸盐为酯化催化剂早已有报道,但酯化速度远不及浓硫酸.我们在研究二氧化钛、二氧化锆催化酯化反应时,发现经1mol/1H_2SO_4处理过的二氧化锆,其表面上含有硫酸锆,并且催化酯化的速度相当快.所以我们对含水硫酸锆的催化酯化性能进行了一系列的研究. 所用原料冰醋酸含量98%,苯酐99%,工业乙醇、正丁醇和2-乙基已醇均为95%以上,正丙醇、异丙醇、异丁醇和异成醇均为化学试剂.It was found that the activity of Zr(SO4)2·4H2O catalyst for the esterifi-cation of alcohol with organic acid was commensurate with that of concentrated H2SO4, and no corrosion and pollution problems encountered in the former case. The esterification of 2-ethylhexanol with phthalic anhydride could be catalyzed by Zr(SO4)2·4H2O at a lower temperature (80-130℃) as compared with that catalyzed by ZnO, SnO and rare-earth oxides at above 200℃. The catalytic activity of Zr(SQ4)2·4H2O was stable, it could be used for at least sixteen times without loss of its activity.
