摘　　要：目的　探讨五瓣成形术治疗会阴部蹼状瘢痕挛缩的应用价值　方法　对 13例会阴部蹼状瘢痕挛缩采用瘢痕部分切除 +五瓣成形术矫正 ,其中 3例辅助植皮　结果　 13例均取得了良好效果 ,皮瓣全部成活。会阴部瘢痕挛缩松解 ,蹼状粘连解除 ,大腿外展夹角均达到 160°以上。所有病例术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,皮瓣色泽同周围皮肤 ,质地柔韧 ,皮瓣无挛缩 ,感觉良好 ,会阴部形态满意 ,大小便无影响 ,下肢活动正常。结论　五瓣成形术是矫正会阴部蹼状瘢痕挛缩的一种有效方法。Objective To evaluate the result of repairing webbed cicatricial contracture of perineal region by five flap Z-plasty.Methods Thirteen cases suffered webbed cicatricial contracture of perineal region were repaired by partial excision of the scar and repairing by five flap Z-plasty.Results All cases got good results,all flaps survived satisfactorily.The cicatricial contracture and webbed adhesion of perineal region have been loosened.The angle of abduction between two thighs was more than 160°.All cases were followed up for 3 to 6 months,the tinct,feeling and contour of skin flap were fine without contracture.the form of pudendum,function of excretion and activity of lower limbs were normal.Conclusions The five flap Z-plasty is an effective way in repairing webbed cicatricial contracture of perineal region.
