摘  要:目的 观察大豆磷脂脂质体浓度的累积对羟自由基引起心肌细胞损伤的保护作用。方法 采用FeSO4/Cysteine体系产生羟自由基作用于培养的乳鼠心肌细胞 12h ,测定培养液中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的含量 ,采用MTT法测定心肌细胞存活率和线粒体内的琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)含量。结果 大豆磷脂脂质体可使氧化损伤心肌细胞培养液中的LDH释放明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ,SDH含量明显升高 ,细胞死亡率也明显减少 (P <0 0 1)。结论 大豆磷脂脂质体对外源性羟自由基引起的心肌细胞损伤具有明显的保护作用。Objective In order to identify the relationship between the accumulation of concentration of soybean phospholipid lipsomes (SPL) and the injury of cardiomyocytes, different concentrations of SPL were used to act on cultured cardiomyocytes. Methods Free hydroxyl radicals which were generated by ferrous sulfate/cysteine system were used to act on neonatal rat cardiomyocytes for 12h . Assay lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the cultured fluid. Assay the activity of cardiomyocytes and succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) by MTT. Results SPL could decrease the enzyme leakage (P<0.01) and the mortality of the cardiomyocytes(P<0.01),while increase the content of SDH ^(P<0.01).Conclusions SPL protects cardiomyocytes injury of induced by exogenous hydroxyl free radicals obviously.
