摘  要:通过性能测试和SEM、TEM形貌观察,研究了Sb对AZ31合金组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:AZ31合金中加入Sb,能有效地改善合金的组织形貌,使析出相体积分数达到约20%,可显著提高合金的室温和高温强度.合金的组织结构是由富Al的α Mg基体和高体积分数且弥散分布的细小析出相所组成,其中含Sb合金中析出的高熔点、弥散分布的Mg3Sb2相具有颗粒细小、热稳定性好等特点,可有效阻碍位错的运动,是改善AZ31合金高温力学性能的主要原因.The effects of antimony (Sb) addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy have been studied by means of SEM, TEM and tensile testing. Results show that small antimony additions to AZ31 alloy changes the microstructures, and the volume fraction of dispersedly precipitates is up to 20%, which significantly improves the tensile strength of AZ31 alloy at room and high temperature. The microstructure of AZ31-0.84%Sb alloy is made up of the Al rich α-Mg matrix and the dispersedly second phases with high volume fraction. The high melting point and dispersed distribution of Mg_3Sb_2 phase in AZ31-0.84%Sb alloy may effectively hinder the movements of dislocations during high temperature deformation. That is one of the main reasons for improving the high temperature properties of AZ31 alloy.
