摘　　要：观察慢性乙肝、肝硬化患者血清TGF - β1和T淋巴细胞亚群的关系 ,探讨TGF - β1对慢乙肝细胞免疫功能的影响。以ELISA法测定 83例慢性乙肝、肝硬化患者血清TGF - β1,以抗体致敏的红细胞花环试验测定T淋巴细胞亚群。 1 慢性乙肝轻、中、重度及肝硬化患者血清TGF - β1水平明显高于对照组 ;2 慢性乙肝轻、中、重度、肝硬化患者血清CD3 + T细胞、CD4+ T细胞、CD4+ /CD8+ 明显低于对照组 ,CD8+ T细胞明显高于对照组。相关分析发现 ,血清TGF - β1与CD4+ T细胞、CD4+ /CD8+ 呈负相关 ,与CD8+ T细胞呈正相关。慢乙肝、肝硬化患者血清TGF -β1水平明显升高 ,而细胞免疫功能低下 ;TGF - β1对细胞免疫功能的抑制作用是慢性乙肝。We observed the relationship between serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and T lymphocyte subsets to search its role in cellular immune function. Serum TGF-β1 was detected by ELISA, meanwhile T lymphocyte subsets were detected. 1.Serum TGF-β1 levels in CHB and LC were notable higher than that in NC (P<0.01) and increased successively in mild, moderate, severe degree of CHB and LC. 2. CD 3 +T cells, CD 4 +T cells, CD 4 +/CD 8 + in CHB and LC were notable lower than those in NC and CD 8 +T cells were notable higher than that in NC. There was significantly negative correlation between TGF-β1 and CD 4 +T cells, CD 4 +/CD 8 + and positive correlation between TGF-β1 and CD 8 + T cells. Serum TGF-β1 levels in creased significantly in CHB and LC, but cellular immune function decreases. TGF-β1 may restrain cellular immune, this may be one of the causes of hypofunction of cellular immune in CHB and LC.
