摘  要:总结了某群脉状铀矿床原地爆破浸出采铀矿石高柱浸出条件试验结果。试验参考某铀矿原地爆破浸出采铀工业性试验的爆破参数 ,根据Rosin Rammlar方程 ,调配了矿石粒度分布。对高柱内矿石不同粒度和不同高度浸出效果进行了研究 ,结果表明 :该矿床矿石浸出性能较好 ,酸耗低 ,浸出周期短 ;铀金属质量浓度梯度变化规律明显 ;浸出一段时间后加少量氧化剂可明显加快矿石的浸出速率。The results of condition tests of higher column leaching of uranium ore are summarized in a vein-group-type uranium deposit. According to the detonation parameters of the in-situ blast leaching commercial trials of another uranium mine and Rosin-Rammlar Equation, the grain size distribution of the uranium ore was alloted. The leaching effects of the ores with different sizes and at different height in the column were studied. The results show that the ores in the deposit have advantages such as good leaching performance, less acid consumption and short leaching cycle. The change of the mass concentration gradient of uranium metal is obviously regular. After leaching for a certain time, the leaching rate can be greatly improved by adding a little oxidant. The results provide reference and basis for the commercial test of in-situ blast leaching of the deposit and the research of related technological parameters.
