摘　　要：该文简要分析了出国人员管理现状和需求的特点,介绍一个使用VB实现了基于数据库Oracle9ilite5.0的出国人员管理信息系统,着重介绍Oracle9ilite5.0的特点及系统实现的关键技术。This paper briefly analyzes the present situation and demanding characters of managing personnel going abo-rad.The Management Information System for personnel going aborad implemented by Visual Basic is then introduced.While the system is based on Oracle9i lite5.0databse,the characters of Oracle9i lite5.0and the key technique of sys-tem implementation will be demonstrated.
