温光条件和激素配比对番茄叶组织培养的影响

摘　　要：研究了 ZEA、BA、IAA 和 IBA 四种激素配比、外植体低温(8℃)预处理和暗培养对番茄叶组织培养和植株再生的影响。结果表明:(1)ZEA 与 IAA 配合对番茄叶组织培养的效果最好;(2)暗培养可以延长出愈时间而提高出愈量;(3)外植体低温预处理可以显著地提高出芽指数和出芽率。The effects of combination of ZEA,BA,IAA abd IBA,explant pretreatment at 8℃,dark culture on tomato tissue culture and plant regeneration were studied,The results indicated(1)Combination of ZEA and IAA was most efficient in the tissue culture and plant regeneration,(2)The period of inducing callus could be prologed by dark cul- ture,thus more callus being produced,(3)Index and rate of shoot regeneratin were remarkably enhanced by explant pretreatment at 8℃.
