摘　　要：本文分析了 SD—Ⅰ系③猪的近交效应,结果表明:近交母猪对繁殖性能的影响较大,其近交系数不宜超过6.25%,而近交公猪对繁殖性能无明显影响。一定程度的近交对猪的初生体重及其生长发育有良好的作用,但近交程度不宜低于12.5%。合理有效地使用近交将进一步提高 SD—Ⅰ系的质量。This study deals with the effect of inbreeding on SD—1 Strain Pigs.The result showed that inbreeding intensity of brood sow had an obvious influence on reproductive performance.The inbreeding coefficient of brood sow shouldn't be higher that 6.25%.However,inbreeding intensity of stud boar had not distinct effect on reproductive performance.Proper inbreeding intensity was beneficial for birth weight and growth and development,but the in- breeding eoeffieent of inbred individual shouldn't be lower than 12.5%.It would further improve SD—I Strain's quality that rational and effective inbreeding was used.
