亚洲玉米螟颗粒体病毒利用研究  

A New Species of Virus Seperated from Infecting Larvae of Asian Corn Borer Ostrinia Furnia-Calis Guenee and Its Utilization

摘　　要：从亚洲玉米螟幼虫体内分离出一株“OFGV—01”病毒,该病毒颗粒体卵圆形,大小为295～356nm×250～305nm,平均为325.5nm×277.5nm。病毒粒子杆状,两端钝不弯曲或稍弯曲,大小为200～256nm×185～196nm,平均为228nm×190.5nm。该病毒对亚洲玉米螟幼虫致病力较强,在温度24～26℃,相对湿度73%～78%条件下,对3日龄、6日龄幼虫感病4～6天死亡率分别达100%和98.3%,9日龄、10日龄幼虫第8～9天死亡率分别为85.5%和83.5%。利用该病毒于山西省太谷县、祁县、榆次市田间防治亚洲玉米螟幼虫,防治效果一般为80%～85%.高的可达90%。该病毒对天敌无杀伤作用,对小白鼠(昆明种)、大白鼠(Wismr 种)、家免和豚鼠无致病性。A new species-of virus (OFGV-01)was seperated from infecting larvae of Asian Corn Borer (ACB),Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae).The shape of capsules are oval,their size is about 295—356×250—305nm.There are one or a pair of virus particles in each capsule and the size of virus particles is about 200—256×185—196nm.The virus particles are baculiform,obtuse- round at the both ends,slight or no bending.Under 24—26℃ and 73—78%R.H.,the pathogenicity of virus to ACB larvae are higher.Infection to young larvae between 3—6,9—10 and 15 days old by the virus suspension with a concentration of 1.5×10^(-3)GV/ml.Result in larvae died in 4th,6th and 9th days after treated and their mortality were 100%,98.3% and 85.5% respectively.Generally, the pathogenicity of large scale control for ACB by virus in the field is about 80%～85% and some- times higher to 90%,and even still have effective for ACB after 30～60 days in the field.The virus “OFGV—01”are belonging to“B”subgroup of genera Baculovirus and family Baculoviridae,its spe- cific name is“Ostrinia furnacalis larvae granulosis virus”and short as“OFGV—01”.The new virus “OFGV—01”had no effect on natural enemy of ACB,such as Trichogramma evanescens Westood and Macrocentrus linearis Nees.In addition,bioassay conducted in the laboratory showed that the virus “OFGV—01”cause no infection to various vertebrate experimental animal(include little palerat,big palerat,guinea-pig and rabbit etc.)
