摘 要:对冬小麦与天蓝偃麦草属间远缘杂交的回交世代中几个主要性状的遗传表现进行了研究。结果表明:(1)对于小麦~天蓝偃麦草属间杂种 F_1的不育性,采用普通小麦通过一次回交即可得以克服,而且在 B_1F_3中可分离出大量育性较高的植株;(2)天蓝偃麦草所特有的抗病、大穗多花等优良性状可直接传递给杂种后代;(3)杂种后代具有明显的超矮亲遗传现象;(4)杂种后代的变异类型极为丰富,为小麦杂交育种提供了宝贵的原始材料。We are interested in the possibility of using Agropyron—glaucum as a source of genes for improving cultivars of winter wheat.The purpose of our study was to explore the genetic per- formance of some main characters in progenies derived from backcrossing generations in which A.glancum was the donor parent.The main results of study are as follows:①It was effective to overcome the sterility of distant cross hybrid(F_1) of Wheat—Agropyron through one generarion of backeross,and there were a great deal of high—fertility plants segregated from B_1F_3 genera- tion.②Many good characters such as resistance to rusts and BYDV,long spike and multiple flo- ret in the Agrpyronglaucum could be transferred to the hybrid progenies.③Some B_1F_3 plants were apparently shorter than the wheat parents.④Extensive segregation was found in the hybrid progenies and various types can be used as valuable material for wheat cross—breeding.
