环境电磁污染对少年血清T_3、T_4的影响

摘  要:电磁污染对人类健康的影响已经引起人们的重视。本文选举了小学五年级学生38人为检查组,其他的小学五年级学生48人为对照组。对其血清T_3、T_4进行测定和分析,作为影响人类健康的临床观察指标。结果表明:两组血清T_3比较μ=3.28、P<0.2,有显著性差异。两组血清T_4比较μ=1.25、0.2<P<0.5,无明显差异。注意到低强度电磁污染可引起起下丘脑-腺垂体-甲状腺的调解功能紊乱、交感神经、副交感神经均受影响。The effect of microwave radiation to human health has drawn attention recently. 38 pupils of the fifth grade in the primary school were selected as experimental group, the other 48 pupils as control group. Their serum T_3 and T_4 levels were determined, which were regarded as clinical indices. The results showed that the difference between the experimental and the control groups in serum T3 level is significant (μ=3.28, P<0.002). Serum T4 level has no significant difference in the two groups, (μ=1.25, 0.2<P<0.5). These findings suggested that low intensity micowave ridiation might cause the funtion disorder of the hypothalamus-pituitary thyroid gland and affect the functions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.
