摘　　要：介绍在蓄能-大亚湾联网500kV输电网络为广电、中电、蓄能、核电四方电量结算而建立的电能计费系统(REMS)的结构、功能和应用,分析了该系统的特点及为计费可靠性和准确性而采取的措施。Based on the description of the structure, function and application of the remote energy metering system(REMS) applied for DAYA BAY nuclear power station-GUANGZHOU pumped storage power station electric grid points out REMS characteristic and measures of upgrading stability and accuracy.
