摘  要:采用有机溶剂萃取,水蒸汽高温蒸馏与碱炼法结合精炼制取松籽精油,并用气相色谱分析其脂肪酸组成,共检出6种主要脂肪酸。其中以亚油酸为主(占44.66%),另有油酸、亚麻酸、棕榈酸、异油酸及少量硬脂酸,不饱和脂肪酸占90%以上。与食用一级菜籽油和药用沙棘籽油脂肪酸组成及性质进行比较,结果表明:华山松籽精油质量指标均优于二者,其脂肪酸组成优于菜籽油,与沙棘籽油相似。推测华山松籽精油具有较高的营养保健效果,有开发前景。Pinus armandi seed oil was extracted through organic solvent and was refinedly prepared through combination of steam distillation with high temperature and alkali purification process.Its fatty and acid component were analysed by gas chro- matography and six major fatty acids were found Iin fatty acid component,linoleic acid took the main part which accounted for 44.66%,and the rest are oleic acid,linolenic acid,palmitic acid,isooleic acid and a few amount of stearic acid.Unsaturated fatty acids amounted to more than 90%.The fatty acid component and properities of P.armandi seed oil were also compared with those of both first—class,edible rape seed oil and medicinal sea buckthorn seed oil.It indicated that the refined P.armandi seed Oil was superior to both rape and sea buckthorn's in the quality index,and was better than rape seed oil and similar to sea buekthorn's in the fatty acid component.It was conjectured that P.armandi seed oil could have high nutrient and health—care function,and it would be a new type of promising vegetable oil to develop.
