摘  要:详细分析并建立了锅炉多相流动与燃烧模型。利用该模型对改造前切圆锅炉水平烟道烟温、烟速偏差进了数值模拟,计算结果和实际运行状况一致,证明了模型的可行。数值研究表明:上二次风反切和小切圆可以有效减小水平烟道烟温烟速偏差,综合比较,上一次风反切是更为可行的改造方案。The multiphase fluid and combustion model of the boiler were analyzed in detail and established. Using the model, numerical simulation of the flue gas temperature and speed deviation in the horizontal sack of the tangentially fired boiler before retrofit was performed. The computation results were compatible with actual operation and the feasibility of the model was proved. Numerical study indicated that the reverse tangential upper-secondary air and small tangential circle can effectively reduce the temperature and speed deviation of the flue gas within the horizontal sack. After a comprehensive comparison, the reverse tangency of upper-secondary air was proved to be the more feasible retrofit plan.
