摘　　要：参照新建天津大唐盘山发电有限责任公司远方电能计费系统方案,介绍了当前大型火电厂远方电量计费系统的设计原则和构成,同时对电量计费系统建设过程中遇到的问题和解决方法作了详细介绍。特别介绍了"两厂一站"这一独特方式下,两厂之间电量结算遇到的问题和解决方案。Taking the remote electricity metering system of the newly- established Datang Panshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. of Tianjing as an example, the design principle and structure of remote electricity metering system for today's large fossil-fired power plants were introduced. The problems encountered in the construction of the electricity metering system and the countermeasures adopted were introduced in detail. The problems in electricity settlement between the two plants and the countermeasures under the 'two plants, one station' manner were particularly expatiated.
