摘 要:对8种玉米雄性不育细胞质来源的 Mo17不育系和 Mo17自交系与埃及205等7个自交系按不完全双列杂交配成63个杂交组合的籽粒产量进行了研究,同时也探讨了有关的11个农艺性状。结果表明,玉米异细胞质 Mo17雄性不育系和 Mo17自交系所配杂交种的籽粒产量无明显差异,各杂交种的穗长等11个农艺性状的表现亦基本一致。因此,在玉米杂种优势利用中就可以利用同一杂交种的细胞质类型。Eight Mo17 male sterile lines derived from heterotypic cytoplasm and one self-cross line Mo17 havebeen crossed with seven self-cross lines of Egypt 205,Huangzao 4,E28,Zi 330.Zi 24,Bai-duo 229 andTS32 according to incomplete diallel crossing,combing 63 hybridized combinations.Grain yield and all a-gronomic characteristics of these combinations have been investigated.Ressults showed that there were nosignificant differences among grain yields of the hybrids derived from Mo17 male sterile Lines and Mo17self-cross line,and the all agronomic characteristics among the hybrids were consistent basically.There-fore,using the same hybrids with heterocytoplasm to make up hybridized combinations could be accepted indeveloping maize heterosis work.
