摘 要:建立了基于邻接表并包含了主变电站10kV母线的配电网简化模型。论述了母线失压的判断和批量负荷转移的启动条件。提出采用复数甩负荷策略参数来描述一条线路的甩负荷方案,该参数的虚部描述了某种甩负荷方案对应的开关状态,实部反映了相应的甩负荷量。文中论述了独立分闸操作的概念及其判断方法,详细地描述了获得一条线路最少甩负荷策略的步骤和获得一个连通系最少甩负荷批量负荷转移策略的步骤,并论述了在紧急状态下整个配电网大面积断电快速恢复的流程。文中还给出了一个典型的网格状配电网作为实例,实例分析表明:在负荷分布最均衡的方式下直接甩负荷的方案并不一定是甩负荷量最少的策略,而采用文中提出的方法却能够得到甩负荷量最少的策略,该结果表明了文中所提出的方法是可行的。An adjacent table based simplified model of distribution networks containing 10kV buses of the main substation is established. Identification of buses deenergization and the condition to start restoration procedure is discussed. A complex load shielding parameter is set up to describe various load shielding schemes. Its imaginary part describe the switch states of a load shielding scheme and its real part is the corresponding amount of shielded load. A new concept of independent tripping operation is put forward. The way to search the operation with the least amount of shielded load for a feeder and a connected domain are detailed, respectively. The procedure of restoration of large area breakdown of the whole distribution network under emergency states is dealt with. A typical grid distribution network is given as an example. Results of analysis show that the direct load shielding scheme under the most balanced topology is not always the optimal scheme. The proposed method can obtain the optimal operating mode with the least amount of shielded load showing that it is feasible.
