摘 要:在传统的电站锅炉化学清洗工艺中,酸洗后需要用大量的除盐水冲洗,随后还要进行漂洗。该文开发了一种新颖的水冲洗工艺,可以主要采用除氧的工业水冲洗,而且毋需进行漂洗。该工艺先后在十多台超高压或亚临界压力汽包锅炉投产前或大修期间的化学清洗中获得成功应用,具有节省大量除盐水、冲洗速度快、省却漂洗从而简化清洗工艺以及能抵御停电及清洗泵故障的不良影响等诸多优点。该工艺在我国具有广阔的应用前景和显著的经济效益。Each conventional flushing sequence after acid cleaning of utility boiler requires vast amount of demineralized water, and it should be followed by rinsing process. We developed a novel flushing procedure which could be performed mainly by using deoxygenized service water and, then, the rinsing process could be omitted. This process has been successfully applied in a number of super high pressure and/or subcritical pressure drum boilers during both commissioning and outage for overhauling. It has considerable merit over a conventional technique in boiler applications, such as the majority of demineralized water can be spared, flushing can be shorted, the rinsing procedure can be omitted without question, and the service water will be allowed to soak in the cleaning system without a deteriorative effect on the boiler if the cleaning pump cuts out unexpectedly during the flushing period. The process is believed to be widely applied in the future, and we will greatly benefit from it.
