摘 要:利用同步荧光法研究了羟丙基-(-环糊精对微生物降解矿物盐水溶液中溶解态芘的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的HPCD,体系的荧光强度大大增加;芘的表观溶解度增大。所建方法在降解过程中对芘的检测限为0.017 ng/mL。相对标准偏差小于0.4%(n=7)。降解实验结果表明,HPCD的存在增加了芘的生物有效性,从而加快了微生物(Alcaligenes xylosoxi-dants,Ax)降解芘的速率。Effects of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPCD) on biodegradation of dissolved pyrene in Mineral sails media ( MSM) by Alcaligenes xylosoxidants(Ax) were studied with synchronous fluorimetry. It is demonstrated that in the presence of a certain amount of HPCD in the MSM solution the sensitivity of detection of pyrene is not only increased by synchronous fluorometry, but also the biodegradation rate of pyrene is enhanced, since the formation of inclusion complex between pyrene and HPCD make the appearance solubility of pyrene to increase out from 28. 1ng/mL to 3. 2mg/L in MSM aqueous solution. The linear range of the established method was found out to be 0 ~ 1820ng/mL and the detection limit is 0.017 ng/mL with the relative standard deviation less than 0.4% ( n = 7).
