摘 要:高功率80 Ah MH-Ni蓄电池是根据混合动力大巴车用电源的特殊要求而设计的。采用薄型烧结正极、薄型负极、电阻焊极耳连接方式、内螺纹极柱设计满足了高输出功率和高速率充电的要求。电池性能测试结果表明该电池具有较低的内阻(0.38~0.41 m赘)、较高的功率输出能力(12.5 C脉冲放电,峰值功率可达943 W)和较高的充电接受能力(在SOC 20%~80%之间,其5 C充电库仑效率大于90%;1 C充电至额定容量的120%时,电池内压小于0.5 MPa),该电池具有良好的低温性能,-18 ℃温度下1 C放电可放出额定容量的80%以上。The high power 80 Ah Ni-MH battery was designed according to the special requirements of HEV power. The battery in this article was designed to satisfy high output power and fast charge by using sintered thinner positive plate, thinner negative plate, welded current connector, internal thread pole. The testing results indicated that the battery obtained low internal impedance(0.38~0.41 m?赘), high ability of power output(pulse discharge at 12.5 C, its peak power could reach 943 W) and high charge acceptance (SOC of 20%~80%, the coulomb efficiency at 5 C was more than 90%; when charging to 120% nominal capacity at 1 C, the inner pressure of the battery was less than 0.5 MPa). The low temperature performance of the battery was also pretty good. At -18 ℃, its discharge capacity was no less than 80% nominal capacity at 1 C.
