摘 要:乙醇-水溶液二元体系电化学浸渍具有很高的实用价值。为探讨乙醇的加入对电化学浸渍的影响,以水溶液电化学浸渍条件为基础,研究了乙醇的加入对混合溶液中pH值和氢氧化镍沉积速度的影响。研究表明,浸渍液中的乙醇通过促进Ni2+的水解,使浸渍液的pH值维持在一个稳定的范围;同时乙醇的存在减小了氢氧化镍的溶度积,加快了阴极的沉积反应速度。以此为基础得到了乙醇-水溶液二元体系电化学浸渍的操作条件。The electrochemical impregnation (ECI) in ethanol-water solution is of great value for application. Based on the electrochemical impregnation in water solution, the effects of ethanol on the pH of the ethanol-water solution and the deposition velocity of nickel hydroxide were studied. It indicated that ethanol could stabilize the pH value of the solution within certain scope by accelerating the hydrolysis of nickel (Ⅱ) ions, and that the velocity of deposition reaction in the negative electrode increased as a result of decreasing Ksp of nickel (Ⅱ) hydroxide due to the existence of ethanol. The operating conditions of electrochemical impregnation in ethanol-water solution were also presented in the paper.
