摘  要:采用化学方法制备了Li-FeS2电池的正极材料FeS2,在一定的加热制度下对其进行了热处理。分析热处理前后FeS2的XRD图谱,给出了晶胞参数,发现(111)(220)(200)面的半高宽(FWHM)变大。成功地制作了R 123 A型Li-FeS2电池。考察了用热处理前后FeS2制作的Li-FeS2电池在不同放电制度下的放电性能:在恒流放电和恒阻放电时,无论大电流(1 000 mA)放电、小电流(45 mA)放电时还是恒阻43 Ω放电、恒阻3.9 Ω放电时,热处理后的电池的放电容量比热处理前的放电容量要大许多。而且热处理后的电池其放电曲线要平滑许多。FeS2 was prepared as the cathode material by chemical method and processed under certain thermotreatment conditions. By analyzing the XRD patterns of FeS2 before and after thermotreatment, lattice parameters were introduced and the FWHM (Full width at half maximum) levels of (111) (220) (200) became larger. R 123 A Li/FeS2 battery was successfully made. The discharge capacity of Li/FeS2 batteries, which were made of FeS2 before and after thermotreatment, was investigated at different discharge conditions:the discharge capacity after thermotreatment was much larger than that before thermotreatment in both certain current [e.g. large current (1 000 mA) and small current (45 mA)] and certain resistance[e.g. high resistance (43 Ω) and low resistance(3.9 Ω)]. Furthermore, the discharge curves after thermotreatment were more smooth than that before thermotreatment.
