摘  要:通过分析电力系统阀控铅酸(VRLA)蓄电池运行状况和电池的常见失效现象,研究了蓄电池在线监测管理系统应解决的关键问题,主要包括:(1)蓄电池的失效模式;(2)监测管理系统的合理结构与数据分析;(3)电池单体的内阻测量;(4)电池N+1运行方式;(5)监测系统的两个问题,即远程管理和在线维护。结合BM-6500电池管理系统在直流操作系统的应用进行了相关论述,本系统提高了直流电源运行的可靠性。Basing on analyses to the running state and the phenomenon of runaway of VRLA battery used in power systems, key technologies of the on-line battery monitoring system had been studied. They were (1) the model of abeyance; (2) the reasonable structure and data analysis; (3) Internal resistance testing and alarming; (4) the N+1 running system; (5) two technologies of the on-line battery monitoring system: Remote management, on-line maintenance and testing. Combining with the experiences from developing the BM-6500 series of battery management systems, the related problems had been discussed. The system could promote the reliability of DC power sources for power system application.
