高温长寿型内燃式热风炉的应用

摘　　要：鞍钢新 1号高炉采用的高温长寿型内燃式热风炉在炉衬选材和结构设计上包括了多项先进技术 ,如悬链线形炉顶结构、变断面“眼睛”形燃烧室配矩形陶瓷燃烧器、独特稳定的长寿型板块式墙体结构以及高效格子砖组合技术等 ,有望实现 1 2 5 0℃高风温和 2 5年以上炉衬无检修的目标。Many advanced technologies,chain form of furnace roof structure,“eyes”from of combustion chamber equipped with rectangle ceramic burner in variable sections,unique and stable long life plate type of wall structure,efficiently checker bride combination technology and so on are included while selecting the furnace liner material and designing the structure of high temperature and long life type of interal combustion hot stove for Angang New No.1 BF.High air temperature of 1250℃ and furnace liner without repairing over 25 years will have promise of realization.
