摘　　要：　　　电机软起动器是改善异步电机的起动、停止与运行性能的一种装置。电机配备软起动器后,需要对其运行性能进行测试和调整,传统的测量仪表无法满足电机起、停等瞬变大电流、电压的测量需求。本文介绍基于数据采集的电机运行性能测试系统的设计实现,及其瞬时电流有效值分析算法、测量误差修正方法。实验结果表明,系统设计合理、运行可靠稳定、测试结果准确,可广泛应用于电机性能监测和调整场合。Soft starter for motor is a kind of device to improve starting, stopping and working function of motor. The Working function of motor with soft starter must be tested and adjusted. However, The transient signal can’t be measured by conventional measurement instrument. A measurement system based on digital data acquiring for working function of motor is introduced. Experiment results show that the construct of the system is reasonable, working is stable, measurement result is accurate, and the system can be applied to monitor and adjust working function of motor.
