摘 要:并联混合式电能质量调节器结合了有源电力滤波器(APF)和传统无功功率补偿装置的优点,在抑制电网谐波和补偿无功功率方面有着良好的应用前景。文中采用d,q法计算指令电流,将无差拍控制技术与空间矢量脉宽调制(PWM)技术相结合来产生补偿电流。通过分相控制的永磁机构真空断路器同步投切电容器组实现对电力系统中无功功率的快速动态补偿,并校正负载不平衡。整个装置在提高配电网电能质量的同时,也降低了大容量情况下自身的成本。This paper presents an optimized shunt hybrid power quality conditioner for compensating the harmonics and reactive power,which combines the advantages of the active power filter(APF) and the conventional reactive power compensator.The calculation of the commanding currents was realized using the d,q-transformation and the generation of the compensating currents was done with the help of the deadbeat control and space vector pulse width modulation (PWM) techniques.The dynamic reactive power compensation as well as the load unbalances correction was implemented quickly by the synchronous switching of capacitor banks us-ing a phase control vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnetic actuator.The proposed topology shows the excellent power quality improvement performance while reducing its costs for high power applications.
