摘 要:提出一种新的软开关PWM控制电抗器结构及控制方法,并用于设计混合型静止无功补偿器(SVC)。详细介绍了软开关实现原理。仿真和实验结果表明,新颖可控电抗器的应用,显著改善了SVC系统的动态响应性能,具有低谐波的特点。此外,软开关的设计和实现,有效地减小了主功率管的开关应力和开关损耗,提高了工作的可靠性。An effective soft-switching circuit for PWM-controlled reactor is developed with its principle structure and control method in this paper.Using this novel controllable reactor,a hybrid static Var compen-sator(SVC) is designed.The correlative analysis of the procession with soft-switching is presented in detail.The results of simulation and experiment show that the dynamic response and harmonic performance of SVC can be visible improved.The switching surges of the power devices are suppressed effectively using soft-switching, thus, the switching losses are lower,and the reliability is enhanced.
