三种新型中压变频器主电路结构的比较分析

摘　　要：主要分析比较了常用的3种新型中压变频器主电路结构,并对这3种电路结构的中压变频器用的器件数量、均压问题、谐波含量、dv/dt、系统效率和可靠性进行了讨论,最后对这3种电路结构的中压变频器的选型应用及发展方向提出了看法。Three kinds of main circuit topology of medium-voltage inverter are analyzed and compared.The targets of the number of elements, average distribution of voltage, harmonic content, dv/dt , efficiency and relia-bility of system etc. are throughly discussed.The development direction and selection of type of the medium-voltage inverter are also given.
