摘　　要：简要介绍了新型免疫调节剂来氟米特———N (4 三氟甲基苯基 ) 5 甲基异唑 4 甲酰胺的结构和性质 ;同时对合成来氟米特的中间体 5 甲基异唑 4 甲酰氯和对三氟甲基苯胺的合成路线进行了概述。通过近年某些国家对来氟米特副作用的论证 ,分析了可能对来氟米特的应用市场造成一定的影响 ,进而影响其中间体 5 甲基异唑 4 甲酰氯和对三氟甲基苯胺的市场。The structure and properties of novel immune regulator leflunomide, N-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5-methylisoxazole-4-formamide, were introduced. Meanwhile, the different routs for synthesizing intermediates: 5-methylisoxazole-4-formyl chloride and trifluoromethyl aniline were summarized. Through the demonstration on side-effect of leflunomide made by some countries recently, the probable impact to application market of leflunomide and to its intermediates could be given.
