摘 要:通过测试桃醛粗品(纯度66.67%)在不同温度下浓度的变化,研究了桃醛的热敏性,并根据热敏性进行了桃醛粗品提纯的间歇真空精馏实验。实验结果表明:采用变回流比操作,操作压力不超过4.0kPa,釜温低于170℃,桃醛的纯度达到99%以上,收率达到72.4%。用化工过程动态模拟软件HysysPlant2.2对实验过程进行了模拟,采用恒塔顶浓度和变回流比方案的模拟结果和实验测定值符合较好。The thermosensitivity of peach aldehyde was studied by testing the concentration variation in rough product (purity 66. 67%). Through the batch distillation experiments, the optimal operation conditions were found as follows: the pressure is less than 4. 0 kPa and the tower still temperature is less than 170℃ with varian reflux ratio. The concentration and average yield of the purified product is up to 99% and 72. 4% respectively. The experimental results is consistent with that simulated by Hysys Plant 2. 2.
