摘 要:用失重法和电化学法研究了盐酸介质中 ,稀土铈 (IV)离子和钼酸钠对冷轧钢的缓蚀协同效应 .研究结果表明 ,钼酸钠和稀土Ce4+ 对冷轧钢都有一定的缓蚀作用 ,但最大缓蚀率不超过 42 % .通过吸附模型的讨论发现 ,在Langmuir吸附模型的基础上进行校正后的模型能更合理地解释实验结果 ,并求出了三个吸附参数 (ΔH ,ΔG ,ΔS ) .通过对比实验 ,发现稀土铈 (IV)离子和钼酸钠对冷轧钢产生了明显的缓蚀协同效应 ,最大缓蚀率可达 90 %左右 .The synergistic effect on inhibition by cerium(IV) ion and sodium molybdate for cold rolled steel (CRS) in hydrochloric acid solution was investigated by weight-loss and electrochemistry methods. The results showed that both sodium molybdate and cerium(IV) had inhibitive effect on CRS corrosion, but the maximum inhibition efficiencies were not more than 42%. From the discussion of adsorption model, the experimental results were discussed more reasonably in the light of amended formula, which was amended based on Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation. Three adsorption parameters (ΔH , ΔG , ΔS ) were also calculated. Through the experiments of comparison, it was found that cerium(IV) ion with sodium molybdate produced strong synergistic effect on corrosion inhibition for CRS, and the maximum inhibition efficiency was about 90%.
