摘 要:研究了不同光周期对中华绒螯蟹雄性生殖的影响.实验分4组:实验1组为自然光照;实验2组为3 d自然光照,2 d完全遮光;实验3组为2 d自然光照,3 d完全遮光;实验4组为全程遮光.实验为期70 d.结果如下:各实验组60 d后性腺指数(GSI)出现显著差异,至实验结束时,实验1组最高,为94.0×10-4,实验4组最低,仅38.0×10-4.血淋巴睾酮含量30 d时各组即出现差异,至实验结束时睾酮含量以实验1组最高,为1.475 ng/mL,实验4组最低,仅0.305ng/mL.肝体指数(HSI)亦在30 d时出现差异,实验结束时以实验2组最高,为0.081,实验1组略低,为0.077,而实验3、4组分别为0.058和0.059.此外,至实验结束时不同光照时间组肝胰腺总脂含量也存在明显差异,各组总脂含量分别为:实验1组25.3%,实验2组26.5%,实验3组20.6%,实验4组19.1%.结果表明,光照时间不仅对雄性中华绒螯蟹生殖系统的发育、性激素的分泌有重要影响,还会影响肝胰腺对物质的积累,适量的光照时间为雄蟹发育所必需.This experiment investigated the influences of different photoperiods on the reproduction of the male Chinese mitten-handed crab(Eriocheir sinensis). Group 1 was treated under nature photoperiod, group2 was interval daylight group receiving 3 days daylight followed 2 days blocked, and group 3 receiving 2 days daylight followed 3 days blocked, group 4 was all-time-blocked group. The experiment lasted 70 days. The results showed the GSI of all the groups changed quite few within 50 days, but it revealed significant difference at the fast quite development stage of the gonad, and at the end of the experiment the gona-dosamotic index(GSI) of group 1 was highest (94. 0× 10-4), followed the group 2(90. 3×10-4) and which of the group 4 was lowest(38. 0×10-4). Among the whole test, the change of testosterone content was early than which of GSI, it occured in 30th day, and the contents of the light-blocked groups was significantly lower than group 1, especially in group 4 (only 0. 02 ng/mL); the content of the testosterone of the group 1 (1. 475 ng/mL) was the highest at the end of the 70 days, followed the group 2(1. 385 ng/mL) and group 4 was lowest(only 0. 305 ng/mL) ; the hepatosomatic index(HSI) also appeared differences in the 30th day. the group 1 was the highest, followed the group 2, 3,4, at the end of experiment the group 2 was the high-est(0. 081) , followed the group 1(0. 077) ,the group 3(0. 058) and the group 4 was lowest(0. 059);Moreover, the contents of the fat of all groups in hepatopancreas were different, the final content was 25. 3% (the group 1),26. 5%(the group 2), 20. 6%(the group 3) and 19. 1%(the group 4) respectively; the color of hepatopancreas were also different between 4 groups, the group 1 and 2 were yellow, but the group 3 and 4 became white. All the results suggested that the photoperiod had great influence on the development of reproductive system, the secretion of hormone and the materials-accumulating of the hepatopancreas, so normal photoperiod was necessary for male Chinese mitten-
