荧光素钠静脉注射液荧光因素的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了影响荧光素钠注射液的荧光强度的有关因素,如荧光激发波长、浓度、酸度、重金属离子等。结果表明,浓度为1.4×10^(-5)～1.7×10^(-5)mol·L(-1),pH 值为8～9的荧光素钠溶液受最大荧光激发波长(487nm)激发后所产生的荧光强度最强;Fe^(3+),Zn^(2+)等重金属离子能明显削弱荧光素钠注射液的荧光强度。We studied the implicative factors that influenced the fluorescence intensity ofthe sodium fluorescein intravenous injection,such as the excitation wavelength,concentration,acidity,heavy metal ions,etc.The results showed that the strongestfluorescence intensity was produced when a sodium fluorescein solution with aconcentration of 1.4 x 10^(-5)～1.7×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1) and with a pH 8～9 was excitatedby the peak excitation wavelength (487 nm)and that heavy metal ions such as Fe^3+Zn^2+,etc.evidently reduced the fluorescence intensity of the injection solu(?)otn
