摘　　要：阐述了由8031单片机作为下位机和PC机作为上位机组成的钢丝绳用钢丝铅浴淬火温度智能测控系统的工作原理,进行了温度传感器调理电路、数据采集电路、单片机系统和串行通讯电路等的设计,分析了该系统的动态精度。The paper describes the working principle of intelligent detection and control system for temperature of lead quenching for steel wire made up steel rope, which consists of 8031 signal chip processor used as lower processor and PC used as upper one. It also makes design for conditioning circuit of temperature sensor, data collecting circuit, single chip processor system and tandem communication, and analyses systematic dynamic accuracy.
