摘　　要：目的　调查孝感市医疗照射水平。方法　按“九五”期间全国医疗照射调查方案进行普查 ,分层抽样和重点调查。结果　 1996年和 1998年孝感市X射线检查的频率为每千人口 112 .78人次和每千人口 116.0 5人次。 1998年核医学诊断和放射治疗的应用频率为每千人口 0 .2 0 2人次和每千人口 0 .0 5例。X射线照射类别构成摄影居首位 ,其次为透视。X射线受检者的年龄分布以 >40岁居多 ,性别分布差异不显著。结论　孝感市医疗照射水平低于湖北省医疗照射水平。基层医院放射防护工作是重点。Objective] To investigate the medical radiation level in Xiaogan City. [Methods] Stratified sampling and investigation were conducted according to the national investigational plan for medical radiation during the 9th five-year plan. [Results] The investigation frequencies were 112.78/1 000 and 116.05/1 000 respectively in the year of 1996 and 1998. The application frequencies of radiation treatment in these two years were 0.202/1 000 and 0.05/1 000 respectively. X-ray occupied a large percentage and fluoroscopy was the next. X-ray treatment receivers were mainly above 40 years old. There was no significant difference in gender.[Conclusion] The medical radiation level in Xiaogan City is lower than that in Hubei Province. Emphasis should be put on basic radiation prevention.
