25例猪苓多糖注射液不良反应回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨猪苓多糖注射液所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对1994年1月～2004年6月国内报道的25例猪苓多糖注射液不良反应进行分析和综合评价。结果猪苓多糖注射液所致不良反应在18岁～49岁间发生率高,男性患者明显多于女性,其出现时间多发生于用药后的前10分钟内。不良反应临床表现复杂多样,涉及机体多个器官系统损伤,主要是皮肤及其附件和肌肉骨骼的损伤。结论临床医师、药师应了解猪苓多糖所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE:To study the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions induced by polyporus polysaccharide injection, in order to provide some references for rational drug uses in the clinic. METHODS:By taking retrospective analysis, 25 cases with adverse reactions induced by polyporus polysaccharide injection, reported domestically during Jan 1994 to June 2004, were analyzed and evaluated. RESULTS:Adverse reactions induced by polyporus polysaccharide injection mostly occurred in the patients ages between 18～49, male patients were greatly more than that of female one. They usually occurred in the first 10 minutes after taking the drugs. Clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were complex and multiplicity involving in several systems, mainly were damage of the skin and the appendix as well as musculo-skeleton. CONCLUSION:Clinical doctors and pharmacists should grasp the rules and the characteristics of adverse reactions induced by polyporus polysaccharide injection, and strengtheng monitoring of its use, in order to reduce occurrence of adverse reactions.
