摘　　要：本文从三个方面提出加强住宅区物业管理的对策：完善管理体制，理顺业主委员会、物业管理公司等方方面 面之间的关系；建立管理机制，形成社会化服务、专业化管理、企业化经营的运作格局；培育市场体系，完善政策法 规，规范物业管理行为。This paper proposes countermeasures to intensify the building management in residential districts in three aspects. Firstly, it is to improve management system and the relationship among the house-owner committee and building management company, etc. Secondly, to establish the operation of socialized service, specialized administration and enterprise management. And thirdly to foster market system, consummate policies and regulations, and standardize building management.
