摘　　要：本实验旨在观察带正电荷的多聚赖氨酸(PLL)对肾衰大鼠尿蛋白排泄量(UAE)和肌酐清除率(Ccr)的影响。结果显示,注射PLL可引起UAE显著增加(P<0.05),Ccr降低(P<0.05)。其作用机制可能与肾小球滤过膜固有阴离子部位的中和有关。To confirm the charge permeselective role in glomerular filtrarion, we scrutinized the effects of positively charged poly-1-lysine (PLL) on the urinary albumin excretion (UAE) rate and creatinine clearance (Ccr) in rats with remnant renal tissue. The results indicated that the UAE rate in uni-nephrectomized and subtotally (5/6) nephrectomized rats was elevated along with reduced Ccr following the injection of PLL via the abdominal aorta vs control (P<0.05). These effects were probably related to the neutralization of negative charges over the glomerular filtration membrane by positively charged PLL molecules.
