摘  要:介绍了硝酸生产过程中副产的浓度为 3%~ 5 %冷凝液硝酸镁尾水在除盐水阳床再生中的应用情况 ,打破了硝酸不能作为强酸性阳树脂再生用酸的说法。把硝酸生产过程中产生的废液用于除盐水阳床的再生 ,既节省了阳床再生所需的盐酸 ,又节省了镁尾水在排放过程中所需的烧碱 ;既解决了环保问题 。This article introduces the application of condensate containing magnesium nitrate with concentration of 3%~5%, the by-product from nitric acid plant, in regeneration of the cationic bed in the demineralized water system, which is technological breakthrough in the use of condensate from nitric acid production for the regeneration of cationic resin with strong acidity. The use of the waste liquor from nitric acid plant for the regeneration not only has advantages of saving hydrochloric acid for the regeneration and caustic soda needed in the tail water drainage, but also resolves the problems in environment protection, achieving certain economic returns and good social benefits.
