摘 要:目的 探讨血清 HDL- C、L DL- C水平对 HDL 亚类组成及含量的影响。方法 采用双向电泳 -免疫印迹检测法分析了 2 92例受试者血清 HDL 亚类的组成及含量。结果 随血清 HDL- C水平逐渐降低 ,preβ1 - HDL、HDL3b含量呈增加趋势 ,与高 HDL- C组比较 ,低 HDL- C组 preβ1 - HDL(P<0 .0 1)、HDL3b(P<0 .0 5 )含量显著增加 ;相反 ,HDL2 b、 HDL2 a含量呈减少趋势 ,与高 HDL - C组比较 ,中 HDL - C组及低 HDL - C组 HDL2 b、 HDL2 a含量显著减少 (P<0 .0 1)。随血清 L DL - C水平逐渐升高 ,preβ1 - HDL、HDL3C、HDL3b含量呈增加趋势 ,与正常 L DL - C组比较 ,高L DL - C组 (P<0 .0 5 )和极高 L DL - C组 (P<0 .0 1) preβ1 - HDL、HDL3b含量显著增加 ,极高 L DL - C组 HDL3C含量也显著增加 (P<0 .0 1) ;相反 ,HDL2 b含量呈减少趋势 ,与正常 L DL - C组比较 ,高 L DL - C组 (P<0 .0 5 )和极高 L DL - C组(P<0 .0 1) HDL2 b含量显著减少。结论 随血清 HDL - C水平降低或 L DL - C水平升高 ,均有小颗粒 HDL含量增加及大颗粒 HDL含量减少趋势 ,且血清 HDL - C水平与大颗粒 HDL2 a、HDL2Objective To investigate the influence of serum HDL-C or LDL-C levels on the components of serum HDL subpopulations. Methods Apolipoprotein (apo)A-Ⅰcontents of serum HDL subpopulations in 292 subjects were determined by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis in conjunction with immunodection. Results With the decrease of serum HDL-C levels, the apoA-Ⅰcontents of preβ 1-HDL and HDL 3b increased and were significantly higher (P<0 01; P<0 05) in the low HDL-C group than in the high HDL-C group. But on the contrary, with the decrease of serum HDL-C levels, the apoA-Ⅰ contents of HDL 2b and HDL 2a decreased and were significantly lower(P<0.01) in the middle and low HDL-C groups than in the high HDL-C group. With the increase of serum LDL-C levels, the apoA-Ⅰcontents of preβ 1-HDL, HDL 3C and HDL 3b increased; the apoA-I contents of preβ 1-HDL and HDL 3b were significantly higher in the high LDL-C group(P<0.05)and very high LDL-C group(P<0.01), and those of HDL 3C were also significantly higher in the very high LDL-C group(P<0.01). But on the contrary, with the increase of LDL-C levels, the apoA-Ⅰ contents of HDL 2b decreased and were significantly lower in the high LDL-C group (P<0.05) and very high LDL-C group (P<0.01) when compared with the apoA-Ⅰ contents of the desirable LDL-C group. Conclusion With the decrease of serum HDL-C levels or increase of serum LDL-C levels, the small-sized HDL increased and the large-sized HDL decreased; furthermore, the HDL-C levels were more closely related to the components of the large-sized HDL(HDL 2a,HDL 2b).
