摘 要:目的 观察骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)患者骨髓血管新生的变化及其对疾病的影响。方法 采用EL ISA法测定 MDS患者血清血管内皮生长因子 (S- VEGF)的浓度 ,免疫组化法染色骨髓活检标本并计数微血管密度 (MVD) ,并与年龄、病程及其他临床预后因素作统计学分析。结果 MDS患者的 S- VEGF和 MVD较正常对照组增高 ,两者呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,以 MDS/骨髓增生症 MPD和 RAEB- t亚型为最明显 ;S- VEGF和 MVD与外周血常规、骨髓原始细胞比例密切相关。结论 MDS患者骨髓基质存在显著的血管新生 ,其 S- VEGF和 MVD较正常对照组高 ,S- VEGF和Objective To observe the change of angiogenesis in the bone marrow of patients with myelodysplastic syndromes,and to explore its effect on this disease. Methods The sera of 20 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and 20 normal controls were collected; the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (S-VEGF)was measured by ELISA; and the microvessel density(MVD) of marrow biopsy specimens was examined with the streptavidine-biovatidine immunoperoxidase method; the count of MVD was evaluated with image analysis system. Results The level of S-VEGF and count of MVD were higher than that of normal control, and both significantly elevated in MDS/MPD and RAEB-t subtypes. The S-VEGF was positively related with MVD (P<0 05), and S-VEGF and MVD were closely related with the percentage of blast in marrow and in peripheral blood. Conclusion The result shows that there is abnormal angiogenesis in MDS bone marrow, and the elevated levels of S-VEGF and MVD are closely related with a progressive status in myelodysplastic syndromes.
