摘 要:目的 观察角鲨烯对硝酸羟胺中毒小鼠网织红细胞、脾脏含铁血黄素沉积的影响。方法 ICR雄性小鼠硝酸羟胺 1/ 2LD50 染毒 ,每天 1次 ,连续染毒 3d ,角鲨烯 130mg/kg灌胃给药治疗 1周 ,染毒后第 2、4、6、8天小鼠尾静脉取血煌焦油染色计数网织红细胞 ,第 8天处死小鼠观察脾脏中含铁血黄素沉积情况。结果 角鲨烯可抑制硝酸羟胺染毒后网织红细胞以及脾脏含铁血黄素沉积的显著增多。结论 角鲨烯对硝酸羟胺中毒小鼠具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effects of squalene on reticulocyte and spleen haemosiderin in mice intoxicated by hydroxylamine nitrate (HAN). Methods The toxic models of mice were made with 1/2LD 50HAN intro-peritoneum infusion, once per day, for three days. Male ICR mice were divided into normal control group, HAN toxic group, squalene treatment group which was given 130 mg/kg squalene through gastric tube once per day for seven days after poisoning. After intoxication with HAN, reticulocyte dyed with brilliant cresyl blue were measured on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th day after HAN poisoning. On the 8 day after the mice were intoxicated with HAN, the spleen haemosiderin was observed by the light microscopy. Result Squalene was able to suppress reticulocyte and spleen haemosiderin increase by HAN. Conclusion Squalene have treatment effects on mice damage induced by HAN.
