摘  要:简介了基于织构预估深冲薄钢板塑性各向异性的理论,选绘了部分典型织构组分的R(θ)-θ曲线,讨论并证实了数模的正确合用。同时利用定量织构分析术测定了国产深冲薄钢板的织构组分及含量,据此数据依预估软件电算出了实际国产深冲薄钢板的R值及ΔR值,其结果与实测值基本相符。The improved method predicting anisotropy of plastic pro- perties in deep drawn steel plates was briefly introduced in this paper. The R(θ)-θ curves of some characteristic texture components have been calculated using the computer program written in FORTRAN-Ⅳ language. Discussion and comparison of the calculated results with the experimental ones show that the prediction procedure,as a whole is reliable and usable.Furthermore, the texture components and their volumes'percentage in some commercial deep drawn automobile steel sheets made in China were determined by quantitative texture analysis, and the R and ΔR values were further calculated by using the program and employing the measured data as constraint conditions. Results show that they are in accordance with the measured ones, and the analyzing procedure for prediction for anisotropy of plastic properties has been pr oved to be also efficient and satisfactory.
